[Exede] Speeds

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing uncharacteristically low speeds lately. I’m on beam 329 (central VA) and I’ve measured our LNFZ speeds as low as 0.01 Mbps down / 0.02 Mbps up at approximately 0400 local (using Speedtest.net with a server in Kansas). That, and when we come off being DAPed (i.e. use Buy More), speeds are not actually full speed (~3 Mbps down / .5 Mbps up), no matter what time of day it is. A lot of times, web pages will not load and small files like iMessages won’t send. We reboot the modem (and our router) fairly frequently, so I don’t know that that’s the problem. If it matters, our Rx SNR is usually 8-10 dB during these tests. Wondering if it’s just us! Anyone have similar problems?
