We have a summer use cabin with Exede. I went on vacation plan in October 2017, was paying $20.72/month for no service through the April bill. On May 4 I get an email for my next bill, and it was $200! $100 for Liberty 50 for April (which I had already been billed $20.72 for) and $100 for May. In the past when they took me off vacation I've been put on the lowest cost plan available which should have been Liberty 12. Called customer service on May 5 and the agent seemed uncertain, but said it needed to be reviewed and I should hear something in 2-3 business days. She switched me to Liberty 12. Well it's been 4 business days, nothing. Has anyone else run into this or had billing problems?
