From a discussion over yonder, AOL blocks spam by taking out offending SMTP server (aka Zimbra's here), so thousands and thousands of Zimbra's users can't send email to AOL users.
Gmail has had this issue in 2016, AOL blocking Gmail servers, , but Gmail's support attempted to deal with this situation. I've never had this issue, but I haven't sent email to an AOL user.
Viasat's support seems to be clueless about how to respond....this is not related to a single email address, but AOL blocking all email coming from a SMTP server, as stated in first cite above..
