So I am streaming a basketball game to my TV using my Viasat Liberty 50 plan. It is awful, totally unusable. I do a speed test and get 1 to 2 Mbs download speed for my $100 a month in prime time. I text support and indicate that the problem is on their end. It has never been on my end ever. She can't help me so she has me call on the phone. I get a level 1 tech who forces me to go through the same BS they do every time unplugging my modem and router and rebooting them. Lots of mumbling in the background. When she tells me I have to hook up my computer with a hardwire connection I refuse. She transfers me to a level 2 tech who immediately tells me the satellite is congested and that ViaSat does not guarantee any speeds. I informed him that I will pass his comments on to the agent when I call to cancel my service. End of conversation.
