Since introduction, I had not opted for the VDE on the basis that I did not download videos and used several methods to avoid their automatic loading. Last month I went a bit crazy with large downloads (not video) but I came within 0.1G of my 5G cap. This month, to date, I started off with a pretty high rate of usage for me and so I decided to try VDE. Since then, I have reverted to my usual slow accumulation of usage. My conclusion from this is that VDE is working and either Exede filters the data differently if you don't use it or video data is getting sneakier and getting around my barriers to it. Just a short observation and curious about other subs experience with it.
