Interesting, I was converting an old computer to a Chromebook-like device, and noticed downloading was hitting around 17 to 20 mbps on my desktop computer.
Window's Task Manager scale is for 100 mbps range, so 12.50% is 12.5 mbps
Hmm, its Friday night, with school starting...I didn't think these speeds were possible anymore on Exede-5.
