My area has this: "Exede Internet service plans with Boost 25 are available in limited areas by upgrading to the Exede WiFi Modem. With Boost 25, your download speeds are increased up to 25 Mbps. Boost 25 with the WiFi Modem is available for just $10/month extra."
Anyone know if the modem can be returned if you drop the Boost 25? I don't want to pay $10/month if "up to 25 MBPS" turns out to be 5 MBPS in reality.
