I have had no service since early this morning (about 12 hours). I called tech support and the tech told me that there was an outage at the Denver "main node". He said that given the severity of the outage he could not give me even a guess as to when it might be fixed.
Having some knowledge of disaster preparedness (or lack thereof), this must be a SNAFU of biblical proportions.
