[Exede] Excede installers

So my parents decided to change from Wildblue to Excede. They came out yesterday put in new dish, new box. After A LOT of long distance calls on my parents phone, ( so their phone bill is going to be high) 6 hours of working and talking to techs they still have no internet. Their computers connected to wildblue just fine. So these guys are now blaming my parents computers. They are so ticked off right now. They should not be charged for their phone calls, Or their time. I guess theirs is not the only ones that they had problems with. There is another house not to far away they could not connect to either. So Now my parents have to hire a tech to come out and prove its not their computers who connected to wildblue just fine as did numerous others Excede successfully connected. Pay that bill then get Excede back out and show them its their fault. Dad's blood pressure is way up due to this. Excede needs to reimburse them for the calls, and them hiring a tech and get their internet up and running. I am very disappointed in the service. Wildblue was not great but at least they knew what they were doing when they hook ppl up.
