To all the Exede employees that lurk this forum why is it that slowed speeds have been getting worse and worse as time has gone on. I remember 6 months ago when I was slowed I could watch youtube and stream music on slowed speeds yet now I can barely load a web page without having to refresh to get it to load correctly. I call your tech support and I always get the same answer "Its the equipment" when I know dang well the equipment is fine, or "Because you have a router" This was never an issue before this at all. And its not congestion as when I'm not slowed the download speeds are the same as always. So what is the deal here why are your customer reps so adamant about there not being a problem when there obviously is.
